I used to shop here a lot for cat and dog food. They seemed to know what they were talking about, so I put up with the extra cost. I even signed up for the free home delivery. They asked me for my email address to send me the schedule for delivery and they said that's all they would use it for. Several months later they put me on their spam mailing list, and wouldn't remove me. I had to use their third-party opt-out link, which often generates more spam because now they know it's a live address. So thanks for that, Urbanimal. I'll stick to PetSmart from now on.
