I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your facility and staff. I joined Spa 23 after meeting Ryan this past summer. Everyone on your staff was superb when I joined. Both Ryan and Mike gave us a tour and thorough explanation about your facility. They are always friendly and take the time to explain things. Your front desk staff and your maintenance staff are also always cordial and friendly. I was shocked that your front desk staff call us by name and always ask us about our workouts! I can't tell you how thrilled I am with your instructors. My highest compliments go to Erin who teaches the group active class. She engages everyone, always has a smile on her face, and she makes me believe that I can actually do it! She has a great energy and spirit which comes through in her classes. With her inspiration, I am learning how to lift weights, do step, and actually move again.
