We found out about J.D. Floor Store when my wife Toni came across them on the internet. We read the comments and they were fairly close to where we live, too. It was a great experience. First off, John was the project manager and he was very accessible. The crew was outstanding, meticulous, clean, and easy to talk to when we had a concern or question. We didn't have many concerns though. They responded immediately. They were pleasant in attitude and we thoroughly recommend this company. J.D. Floor Store installed bamboo hardwood for us.
We're retired and we've had some previous experiences with home remodeling, some of which were not so good. Everyone at J.D. Floor Store was very pleasant. Again they were clean, worked hard, and didn't goof off either. All the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. We love the floor. The product looks great! If anyone is looking to do work on their hardwood floor, we would recommend J.D. Floor Store without reservations!
