I'm not sure if we're reviewing the same nursing home, but when my brother lived there for a little over a month in June, I didnt have any problems with the staff or the way the facility was run. It's not in the best area of Waukegan, but the nurses and staff were always helpful to make sure my brother had everything he needed. Maybe it was because he wasn't there for very long, but he and I would both feel comfortable with going back there if he needed to.
