Horrible customer service! Management rarely on-site, which could be the reason for my unit plus many others getting broken into. Access gate doesn't always work, and the emergency phone number listed on-site takes you to an answering device where you can leave a message and maybe they will call you back ... maybe not. This place has gone WAY down hill since the new management. Shame too. The other Manager seemed to care and was always on-site. Spare yourself the head-ache and store elsewhere!
