I was referred to River Oaks Rug Cleaners by my interior designer. I made an appointment for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning of an ottoman. My appointment was for 11:30 a.m. At 11:15, a company representative called to say the workers were running late and would arrive at 12:00. At 12:15, no one showed. I called the company and was told someone would arrive in 5 minutes. Needless to say, no one showed by 12:30. With all the uncertainty and the fact that I had other apppointments, I could no longer wait for them to show. No one called to apologize for the inconvenience, the following up with an explanation or attempt to reschedule my appointment. They simply do not care.
