The medical staff is top notch but their front office staff is quite unresponsive, rude and difficult to work with. They often use excuses to requests of any kind, which then cause multiple calls and effect my work schedule. There is quite a gap in the service of the doctors to the front office. The inability to communicate or work with folks has caused quite a bit of unnecessary stress. This would be a top notch facility, if they had a front office staff that understood how to work with customers.
