as a single mom i have 3 kids and a full time job, i can't afford to be late or without a car. although my warranty company didn't want to give me a rental car, bob allen ford helped get me and my kids back on the road, they willingly helped escort me and my kids to my mothers house, while i got another car to use, they offered to come back and help load my kids and car seats back up and bring me back to the dealership. they definately went the extra mile. this place is very family and woman friendly.
