So I needed a new dentist and was referred to Michael Kosden, DDS. I was nervous and my mouth was in pain. I walked into the office and was immediately calmed by the zen-like and warm feeling in the waiting room. I met Dr. Kosden and it turned out I needed two crowns. His front office staff assisted me and set up a future appointment. I wasn't as nervous going back for the actual work after having already met Dr. Kosden and being very pleased with his gentle approach. He explained everything he was going to do and stopped periodically to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. I had a TV perched in front of me so I could watch the Food Channel while Dr. Kosden was doing his drilling! I was so into the cake making on the TV that I wasn't even paying attention to what was going on in my mouth! Dr. Kosden was very thorough and very gentle. He was very professional yet friendly enough to make me feel at ease. I was very happy with my experience and have since been back and used the services of his hygenist and she was great as well! Finding a new dentist can be so difficult but I am thrilled to have found Dr. Kosden. I couldnt be happier. From his front office staff to the staff behind the scenes, everyone is on the top of their game!
