I posted this on another site, but my family and I lost our house to the bank and we moved into a Benkowski apartment. It was a nice place and the rent was decent. I didn't experience any problems with doorknobs or the landlord - just our experience. We're back in a house now, but would rent from them again if need be. Hope this review helps.
