Manh did NOT ASK me if I also wanted my chin waxed and I DID tell her before she began I ONLY wanted above and below my lip. There was no miscommunication, there was only greed for more money. I deffinently feel I should be refunded the $10. They did not refund the $10, sent a $10 coupon. Even though I miss getting a hair cut by Tony, will not return because of the 3 different times they tried to overcharge for waxing. more
