If you buy anything ""on sale"" IT DOES NOT COME WITH A WARRANTY.Inspite of what they tell you.
Try and find that in their ads.
I bought a 3 dozen "" dormant shrubs"" which turned out to be DEAD SHRUBS. they said they will come back.

Your better off buying from the Big Box stores.
They at least have a warranty and don't sell dead shrubs.
Yes, they told me they get a lot of complaints.

AND PROBABLY FEW REPEAT CUSTOMERS.
