They did a good job on my boat seats but the lady at the front desk was rude on the phone and then rude again when we picked up the seats. I believe her name was Kira. Being in sales myself, I know the importance of customer service - which is why I can't BELIEVE the owner would let her deal with customers/the public in general. In the current economy business owners should be happy to get any new customers they can and should go above and beyond to keep them happy. Next time I'll take my money elsewhere.
