They refused service to my son and my granddaughter after already being patients there! My son has been going to Dr. Casas for 11 years. I am now raising my granddaughter who is on medicaid, and they accepted her as a new patient 2 years ago. When I tried to make an appointment with them just now, they informed me that we would have to find a new dentist because it has been more than 6 months since our last appointment (it's been 10 months). I am so livid right now. It's not easy for kids to get comfortable with a new dentist. Totally RUDE!!!
