I had gone in for thread I was in a big hurry, the woman who waited on me was helpful. I wasn't sure how many spools I needed so I asked if i could return the ones I didn't use.. She said yes, as long as I have the receipt and they are unopened.( I had to travel 30+ miles to their shop so i bought extra) Again at the check out I asked, Are theses are returnable. Same - Yes.. I went in today to return the spools. She did in fact accept their return..however I got a Merchandise credit instead of my cash/cc back even after I stated I asked her again and again and again if I can return these.. Now, asking numerous times if they can be returned why did she not tell me for store credit only..She didn't deny telling me they can be returned, however, she neglected to tell me the fine print>> poor customer service...
