Completely perfect. Called and made a reservation on the phone. Answered right away & used caller ID "is this your cell phone? Ok." Super easy. Picked me up on time - got a call 1 minute before my pickup time from the dispatcher but I think the car was waiting down the block early :) On the way to LAX (from Miramar Hotel) I momentarily thought the driver forgot which airport I was going to... until I turned on traffic on my phone. He was going around the traffic! We made record time (20 mins door to curb). Comfy hybrid car. I'm so using them next time!
