I wanted to buy my leased car (got it from another dealer). I'd had my car serviced before by them, so thought I could trust their sales people. What a bunch of clowns! I got passed around all day to several people. Even the loan closer from my credit union couldn't get help. It took over 7 hours one day and I still don't have the correct paperwork to complete my purchase! The man, J.P. Panteloglow, who was the final person I spoke to told me that he hadn't gotten to faxing the papers because he had other things to do. This experience did not make me feel like a valued customer. Shame on the GM, Justin Lombardi, to allow the business to be run like this.
