I was so excited about renting in this area. I have been on my own since I was 17 and have never had a problem with paying rent or renting properties..until I rented with this management. \r

I followed all the details in my lease down to professionally having the carpet cleaned (even though the carpet was fine when I moved) and having it exterminated (no bugs..but it was in the lease as a precautionary which was fine to me) I gave the management over 60 days written notice that I would be moving. I started to move into my next place while simultaneously moving my stuff out of my old place. I moved over a span of my last month on the lease and was out by the date on my contract. \r

I recieved a letter saying my security deposit had been used due to clearing out my stuff, replacing carpet, an unpaid utility bill and plumbing charge..\r

The carpet was fine..no stains..NOTHING. They took pictures BEFORE I moved out of my apt while I was at work to show stuff still in the place, the plumbing work order clearly stated an address that was not mine, and the unpaid utility...I promptly sent them my proof of payment postmarked the very same day I recieved my bill. \r

Just do not waste your time with this please...
