I had gotten a living social deal for this place knowing it was a bit off my beaten path, but what a great deal (3 washes for $18) Or so I thought! I got there and it was fr the basic wash, ok fine....I asked a couple of questions about the upgraded washes and decided to spend a couple extra $$ and get the gold wash. I asked about timing and they said it wouldn't take anymore time then the basic wash. So, I went and sat down w/my lunch knowing it would be a little bit of time....in NO WAY did I think it would take OVER an HOUR to get my truck back! It took them about 30 min to get it out of the wash area to dry it, then decided to try and dry a full size truck w/only 1 person in DIRECT SUN...resulting in streaks all over the truck and windows. After about an hour I went up to the guy working on it and he said he was just finishing....yet I paid for the floor mats to be done and I had to ASK for them to get done! All he did was go spray them off then slap them together before putting them back into the truck WET!
Are you kidding me! Over an hour to get my truck back, streaks, wet floor mats that I wouldn't consider clean....I'll eat the rest of the cost of my 'deal' what a joke! I won't be back to this place ever! This was also the feeling of another lady sitting w/me while she waited for her truck over an hour also!
This was a huge waste of time and $$$
