Went to Red Rocks Saturday evening for dinner. Unfortunately, myself and my husband waited at our table and was never served! After waiting 10+ mins, a party of three was seated and promptly greeted by a staff member. We ended up leaving and going to another establishment. Note, it was not an extremely busy evening, in fact there was empty tables around us! I will NEVER return to Red Rocks. Based on the previous reviews for poor customer service, I'm surprised they are still in business. Red Rocks, get your act together!!
