While deciding on Shady Grove or well water, I looked them up. I am shocked at the bad reviews. But I completely agree with them. I see they have 1, and I mean only 1, 5 star review and that looks like it was done by an employee. I agree with the other reviews. A $100 non-refundable fee is high and then making it non-transferable is completely ridiculous. Utility companies are expensive enough as it is. Pick one or the other, but don?t punish your customers. I have decided on drilling a well. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hope their owners are happy with the ethics they put forth.
