I have to say I am horribly disappointed with my recent purchase. Being a former jeweler, I have done business with this company for almost 20 years , so when it came to buy a ring guard for my wife, I elected to do business with them again. We had the ring sized, and the spot where the sizing was done broke after only 2 weeks of wear. My wife took her ring back and had the break repaired, but it broke before she even left the parking lot. She had the break repaired again, and it broke 2 weeks later. She took her ring back and the repair job was less than satisfactory. I showed them the spot that was not correctly repaired and they then keep the ring 10 more days. I went to pick the ring up and the repair is just horrible. I don't know what has happened to this company , but after the way I was treated when I pointed on the substandard sizing, I am done with this company!
