i purchased the no pull harness, i hv corgi's which just about pull my arms out. The staff fitted the harness perfectly to my dogs..i didn't have to do a thing. I took my worst puller out for a walk..within 2 blocks..NO PULLING! the leash ws even slack, it ws a total night and day difference...what a pleasure to go for walks now.....the staff is pleasant and knowlegable...my terrier is also groomed here as well....they always do exactly what i want with no trauma to my baby...i could not be any more pleased....and the pet corrector is SO WONDERFUL!!!! it has totally corrected the raucous barking by my 3 guys in no time at all with no harm to them. I LOVE THIS PLACE
