Pretty sure the sales people judge by appearance. If you don't look like you drive a car that costs more than the mansion you should own, they're most likely not going to talk to you.
All the associates just stood around talking to each other or walking around staring at everyone. It was almost impossible to find help where we needed it.
Too bad they didn't know we ""had"" a very exceptional amount of $$CASH$$ we were going to use to furnish a new home. Their loss. Took our business elsewhere.
