Called first to see if they had the specific item; I spelled it and said no substitutes. Lady on the phone checked and said yes, we have it. I drove 42 minutes to get there. They didn't have it. Took 15 minutes to get someone to help me, they all stood around talking. The store is in an old building but it wasn't filthy, just old. Their prices seemed high for the few products I knew prices from other pet stores. Finally this guy TJ came in the back door and was a HUGE help. Very polite and immediately asked if he could help me. He found a similar product, it was 12 capsules for $12.99. Same thing online, free shipping, 100 capsules for $18.99. Well, at FIVE TIMES THE PRICE, don't believe I will be supporting the local economy this time.
