I always post a review when I'm treated right, and Paul's did. We needed the icemaker on our Sub-Zero worked on and the tech was extremely helpful and friendly. So just for good measure I had him check out our Jenn-Air dishwasher, since sometimes our dishes have a ""film"" on them. He was very patient and explained the difference between the ""old"" dish washing detergents and the ""new"" detergents. I bought the recommended brand and Voila, the film is gone.
