The Clear Lake Don Pico's is terrible. The food is okay, but always luke warm when served. The $1.25 margaritas are awesome, but that that doesnt make up for the servers that never come to your table other than to take your order and serve your meal. No drink refills we brought, no refill on chips/salsa, cold food (it took 55 min to get our food), didn't bring to go boxes, we sat for 25 min after eating waiting for a bill. It took us about 2 hours to have dinner when it normally takes about 45 min. I will never go back. Not to mention the place is in serious need of a remodel, it's nasty.
