When making appointments you have a sweet voice on the other end of the line who works her best to accomodate every busy schedule. You walk into the office and recieve a warm greeting. The gals who take you back explain everything that they do down to the last puff of air. Then Dr Conn makes the experience personal and is also wonderful with kids!
