I have been looking for Tisha for a while now!! I had followed her from Vital barber shop in Tualatin to the Grand salon spa. She had been cutting my hair for years glad to see she is still doing it. If you need a great hair cut she can do it. First time I went in to see her I had long hair that I had a hard time doing anything with. Now I have a short funky hair cut I love!!!!! Will be going in to see her soon.
