On 4/16/11 I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to be washed and detailed. When the jeep was done and returned to me I found that they had punctured a very large hole in to the passenger seat. I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty right away. He took pictures and told me that he would review the surveillance tapes and speak with his employees and promised to call me Monday before 11 am after speaking to ownership. He failed to call so I call and spoke with him at which time he said that they were not responsible for the damage. I spoke with Michelle and she basically said the same thing and would not take any responsibility for the damage done to my jeep. At that time she also stated that she would also review the surveillance tapes and speak with employees and call me on Tuesday. She also did not call. Shows me how concerned this business is to the
