. After years of abusing my body at work, home, and at almost 50 I started listening to the people around me (and my back). I was always sceptical of chiropractors and the thought of someone possibly hurting me worse than my daily pains had already gotten scared the hell out of me. Once my family convinced me to let my guard down I visited Dr Doug and the rest of the Swede family chiropractic ""family"". I could not have been happier with the open atmosphere and the high energy Carrie Ann. After Doug examined me, he put a plan in place and began breaking down my bad habits and bad posture one by one. I swore to myself and to Dr Doug that I would never allow him to touch my shoulders as both rotator cuffs have been torn for years. Well recently the pain had gotten very bad and I broke down and reached out for help. To my surprise (not his) he was able to make my shoulders completely functional and feel like they haven't felt in years!! I cannot thank him enough for the way his services have changed my life and my golf game!! I would and will always tell everyone how great Dr Doug and his ""family"" are!!
