I recently parked at the Business Valet lot operated by Park Inc at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. After I went through security at the airport, I realized that I had left my coat on the shuttle bus from the parking deck. I phoned the number on my valet parking ticket and explained my problem. Within 5 minutes, they had called me back to say that they found my jacket and offered to bring it to me in the airport (meeting me at the security line). I didn't want to bother backtracking through security so I asked them to put it in the trunk of my car. And that's where I found it, safe and sound, when I returned from my trip! Thanks!
