Despite the front desk I must say the hospital staff is great. I called as a new client and was placed on hold a lot. I came in on a Saturday which I can imagine is a busy day. I was put in a room right away didnt wait long. The tech was great she went over puppy stuff and vaccines with me. She talked to me for awhile and played with my pup. Dr Johnson is GREAT. I loved her she was so nice and explained everything to me. The only problem again was the front desk. I got in the exam room fast the Doctor didnt keep me waiting. I come out the room and there is no one at the desk. I sat there for like 10 mins to pay my bill and make my next appt, When the tech saw me and came out she rang me out made my appointment. I could of walked out without paying.
