The customer service that I receive from the front counter to the guys in the shop is top rate. When I call a person actually answers the phone - no push one for English at this company. I love Edith in accounting - she makes you feel like family. Family service is a good way to describe Jones Auto. I feel that I can trust Jones Auto with my car needs. I have seen this company grow from a little one car shop to a full service facility.
