Dr Burton is wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone...if they can get past the rude, unknowledgable staff. \r
I have been going to Dr Burton for 18 years now and have recommended this vet to numerous people. \r
We had a very hurt stray kitty show up on our porch. I called inquiring if we could bring him in to be checked out but the problem was we had to catch the kitty first. I was told that I had to make an appointment. I didnt get this answer the first time I called. The gal at the desk took a message and called me back the next day. Not only did it take a day to return my call, the gal did not answer any of my questions and blew me off. \r
I am floored by this treatment and am totally turned off. \r
We are switching vets immediatly.\r
Dr Burton really needs to teach his desk staff some customer service skills.
