A water supply line in our bathroom failed and spilled water for a couple of hours until we got home from our shopping. To our dismay, our bathroom, hallway, and two bedrooms were soaked with water and our floors, bathroom cabinets, and walls were super wet. I called Servpro of Northridge and GH, and spoke to Michael in the office. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained to me the entire process and how he would gladly clean up the mess and dry everything so we would not get mold. We were also excited that this company would bill our insurance for our services and they were in fact preferred vendors for a lot of major insurances. From beginning to end Servpro worked hard to get us clean and dried up immediately. They informed us daily of what was going on, they swept up, and most of all told us how to deal with this whole process which was quite new to us. Must say that we had a terrific experience and I wish other contractors we hired were as professional. Good job, Mike and staff.
