WATCH OUT AND BUYER BEWARE. I filled out an application online along with my social security number and everything required. They told me I had an apt (gave me apt number), said I should hook up utilities and get renters insurance (I did this) before move in. Two days before move in I got a call that MY APPLICATION WAS REJECTED. They said my social security number was not accurate (said the SS # I gave belonged to a dead man!). I asked them to run the number again as there must be some mistake. They said ""NO"" we ran it once and we believe their is fraud on your application. Then they said that based on this they were not ONLY keeping my $60 credit check but the additional $300 I paid for the application. I KID YOU NOT! I called their management in San Antonio. She said the same thing. So, now I am taking this to the Attorney General's office, consumer services division and ALSO to small claims court so I insure this does not happen to others. I am a professional and have a solid work history. I went and applied to another apartment the same day (a nicer one by the way) and I was accepted and am moving in this weekend. Really, I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS. The staff reminds me of the characters in SEINFELD'S Nasi Soup KITCHEN!
