The office staff is rude and will claim you owe money you do not. They send you to collections then refuse to tell you why you owe the money. They charged my debit card illegally. Even their bank reversed the charge. The collection agency dropped the claim because the rude staff at the office would not even work with them. Now I have a mark on my credit because of a bill I do not owe. The office refuses to explain the bills and they add money to the bill every time you contact them. I gave up contacting them and just explain the problem if anyone is concerned about the charge. They are taking people's money illegally. Stay away and NEVER sign anything or give them a credit or debit card.
