I've heard rave reviews on this detailing company and was excited to take my car to have it completely detailed. My car is in great shape and I am sort of beating myself up for taking it in the first place because initially it was a waste of money. A good vacuum and wax job would've worked. However, I had some minor dings, scratches, and chips from rocks and other items and that was what I mostly wanted to be repaired. I made special arrangements to drop my only car off at the shop for a detail service. When I picked up the car (the next day) I looked around it and unfortunately, I did not see much difference from when I dropped it off. I expressed this to the young man checking me out. He told me that was the best they could do and proceeded to charge me $250. I relunctantly paid the $250 to get my keys and go home as I had no other ride at the time. When I got home I was getting ready to put something in the trunk and saw that my trunk was still dirty. I called and spoke with the man I spoke with when setting the appointment and he asked that I bring the car back for them work on it. I expressed to him that was difficult for me because I lived 30 minutes from there and their hours are during my work hours. Not once did I get an offer of a percentage back or anything. I doubt they spent more than 20 minutes on my car when they had it from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the next day. I am just extremely disappointed in both Concours and myself for wasting a ridiculous amount of money for a car wash and vacuum. You live and you learn!
