I am really upset and disappointed. We had a 12:00-5:00 p.m. time frame for them to come and work on our dryer. At 4:30 p.m. no one had come or called us. I contacted Appliance Service by Paul and the gentleman I spoke with told me their window was to come between 3:30-6:30 p.m. By 7:30 p.m. it was obvious that no one was coming. We didn't hear anything from them at all. I was at home ALL day waiting for someone from their company to come.
No one ever came.
No one ever called.
They just flat out didn't show up.
I will not be using this company again. I think they're very unprofessional.
