Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service here is just unreal. The 'gentleman' that we spoke to in order to put down a deposit for our tattoos was very short with us and unprofessional. He did not have any personable skills working with the public nor did he act interested. I'm not sure why he works there to begin with. If he is the 'face' of the establishment, I've come across many of people that wont go back here just because of their experience walking in the door.
