I had to print a document which required resizing, and I usually work with a mac computer... so not too familiar with PC. I had to go to this place because I was running out of time... the girl behind the counter REFUSED to help me out and come out from behind the counter... THe computer took forever to load and kept charging me while doing so... and I ended up paying 15$ and did not accomplish anything... please provide more Knowledgeable employees or train them or something... and I do not understand why it costs money to ask for advice from your staff. This business needs to be more friendly... I went to the university paid 1$ and had someone help me for and hour for free, and he actually cared about the outcome. and I am not even a student.
