If your from out of town and don't have all your paperwork, they will still groom your pet. Very gentle and kind with all the animals. My dog left calm and well groomed. I've used them before and continue to go back. I have never experienced a problem. They may not have your fancy downtown establishment but they know what they are doing and are very courteous.
