I drove my truck in on a recomendation from a friend. It was running fine with a rough start and they did diagnose the issue and inform me of the cost. They also replaced the fuel filters on my truck at the cost of approx. $250. This is outrageous. The filters at every parts store in town are about $50 and I was charged $132 here. The labor was $117 for something that takes about 20 minutes to complete. Now my truck is sitting in my driveway and will not crank at all. They did not indicate the cost of the fuel filter change prior to doing the work and I returned home only to have the problem become worse. To the point of not even being able to drive the truck because it won't start. I "Gave Them The Chance to Earn my Trust" which they did not do at all.
