it was spa week so I decided to try this place. They had me wait 35 minutes past my appointment time, the place did not feel relaxing or tranquil with the owner Lia constantly marching back and forth, and the rooms were so dingy and small and I swaer there was a smell of mold that couldn't be masked. My massage itself was mediocre; I would never pay full price ($95) here.
There are better spas in NYC. Even with a coupon, I would never come back here again.
