WORST spa experience in my life. i normally don't write reviews but this place was so awful that i would not want to wish this experience on anyone else. went there to redeem a groupon, which was a gift. got a mani... it was painful to see the result. i have polish bleeding into my skin and it's already chipping away. clearly she can't stay ""in the lines."" the massage was the only redeeming part of my day... brittany is wonderful! now for the worst part.. please don't even THINK about getting your haircut here!!! she just cut a few inches off, which would've been fine had it been EVEN. there are parts of my hair that weren't even trimmed. she just went through it in less than 5 minutes and didn't even check to make sure both sides were the same length. then i wanted my bangs trimmed, she cut it crookedly! on top of that, she was rude and condescending, talking to me as if i was a child who had never had a haircut before. HOW WAS SHE HIRED?! i hope this place closes down... we left INFURIATED. SUCH a waste of money.
