Yesterday I visited Horseshoe Creek Riding Stables for the third time, it was the first time with my boyfriend (who has never been on a horse) and we both had an absolutely fantastic time! The first time I was there was about 10 years ago when I just happened to stumble on it by accitdent. Every experience I've had there has been an awesome one - the guides are knowledgeable and friendly, the horses are wonderful and don't look beaten down like I've seen at other riding stables, and the views are unimaginable. We had the pleasure of having Gary as our guide, he started the stables and I believe he owns/runs it; it was very obvious that Gary loves his work and has a true passion for the area and the animals.
FYI: Horseshoe Creek is off of Rte 19 on SMALES Branch Rd, not Snales. Google maps (and Citysearch) has this listed incorrectly.
