My wife and I have been here for 6 months, and though it's not exactly Shangrila, it is a great facility and the staff are very kind, speedy, and helpful. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that we have to leave the country soon, we'd be glad to stay in our apartment until our year is up in November. Which leads me to my next point:
If you want to get a good deal on a lease-term for an apartment here which is HALF of what they are offering (6 months instead of 12), go to Nashville's Craigslist and lookup "Lakes of Bellevue" $849.
