This place is a borderline SCAM. I spent three months (24 sessions) and ~$4500 (plus countless hours of 'homework' exercise/stretching) at HMPS and saw ZERO improvement - in fact I gained pain in areas that prior to I'd never had.
HMPS' fees are outrageous, as confirmed by my present, reputable PT with whom I've actually seen results at a fraction of the cost.
Moreover, HMPS offers no payment plan, and doesn't seem to care one iota about patient feedback.
Bottom line, this place is a joke. Stay far away. Wish I could have given it zero stars.
