My Optometrist left his previous location and I had no idea where he went so I had to find a new one. I chose SeaView because it was close to home and on my insurance. I had a bad experience my first time there with the optometrist. He was young and did not seem to know what he was doing. I explained I could not focus with the contacts he gave me and he said "it is because you just put them in". I have been wearing contacts for years so I knew what I was talking about. After about 6 months of trying a couple of hours here and there I ended up throwing them out and just wearing my glasses. I needed new glasses so made an appt (March 2011) and got a wonderful optometrist that is there on Mondays and Saturdays only. He was excellent! Now I have contacts i can actually see through. I love the staff. They seem a little overwhelmed most of the time but they are all very pleasant. They could probably use another employee. Have patience when you go in. The owner is obnoxious, trys to talk
